Moving a 1 to just fold the cabin is not the same thing as moving a set of operational equipment. When choosing hyperbaric portable chamber, don’t just look at how small the cabin is in the product photo. We also need to check how users get in and out, where supporting equipment is placed, and how to operate and maintain the site.

Ask first what “portable” means
“Portable” describes the nature of movement or deployment and does not mean that the cabin, pressurization equipment, oxygen supply equipment and accessories can be carried by one person. The flexible cabin is not equal to the ordinary oxygen tent: judging the type of equipment still depends on whether it accommodates the whole body, whether the cabin pressure is higher than the environment, and the intended use of the specific model.
Take the foldable ST801 as an example. The weight of the cabin listed in the product data is 13kg, and the size is 220cm long and 80cm in diameter. This example shows that the cabin itself is easy to store or move, but it cannot infer the total weight of the entire system, the number of people to carry or the deployment time. Before placing an order, the supplier should list the weight and external dimensions of the cabin, supporting equipment and accessories one by one, and confirm which parts need to be handled separately.
Measure the transportation route and space 1
First measure the door, corridor, stairs or elevator through which the equipment will pass, and then check the final placement. The size of the folded outer package, the size of the unfolded cabin and the space required for equipment operation are not the same set of data; there is also room for control, electrical, gas, heat dissipation and maintenance. If the room can be put down, it does not mean that the whole set of equipment can be transported into or installed smoothly.
If you plan to use it at home, also confirm that the instructions cover the use environment and verify the requirements for power supply, ventilation, temperature and humidity, and external operating space. Noise, debris and control components that are easily touched in the home environment may also affect alarm identification and operation. Please ask the supplier to provide installation conditions according to the specific model and configuration, not only by the name of “home” or “portable.
Check user against continuous operating conditions
Portability does not reduce the requirements for access to the cabin, user observation, communication and emergency evacuation. The size, posture and mobility of the user will affect the suitability of the entrance and interior space; home or mobile scenes should also confirm who is responsible for the operation, who is observing outside the cabin, and how to follow the equipment instructions in the event of an alarm or power failure.
Pressure labels are also not a substitute for model descriptions or protocols. Maximum pressure, normal working pressure and pressure relief settings are different parameters; the equipment can reach a certain 1 pressure, which does not mean that the pressure is suitable for a certain user. Do not set your own pressure according to the product name or general conversion, and do not interpret “portable” as running unsupervised.
When making an inquiry, please check the specific model, complete configuration list, piece-by-piece handling data, installation requirements and operating environment instructions in the same document.
